Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shubhmay sells digital products only (personalized Kundli/astrology reports). There is no physical shipping of goods.

1. Digital delivery only

All our reports are delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout. You will receive a link to download your report or the report as an attachment, as per the product description at the time of purchase.

2. Delivery timeline

Reports are prepared manually. Delivery is typically within 24–48 hours after successful payment (business days). In peak periods it may take up to 3–5 business days. We will notify you if there is any delay.

3. What you need to do

Ensure the email address entered at checkout is correct and active.
Check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the delivery email.
If you have not received your report within the stated timeline, contact us via our Contact Us page with your order ID.

No physical shipping: We do not ship any physical products. No shipping charges apply. Refunds for digital products are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
