Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shubhmay we aim for your satisfaction. Please read this policy to understand when and how refunds or cancellations apply. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay and/or Cashfree.
1. Digital report (Kundli / astrology report)
- Before delivery: If you request a cancellation before your report has been generated or sent, we will process a full refund to the original payment method, subject to our payment partner’s (Razorpay/Cashfree) processing timelines (typically 5–10 business days).
- After delivery: Once your personalized report has been delivered to your email, we generally do not offer refunds, as the product is a custom digital good. If you believe there is an error in the report (e.g. wrong birth details used, or a technical fault in the document), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details. We may, at our discretion, offer a corrected report or a partial/full refund where we find a genuine error on our side.
2. Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment was charged but your order was not completed (e.g. payment failure after deduction, or duplicate charge), contact us with the transaction ID and we will work with our payment partner (Razorpay/Cashfree) to resolve it. Refunds for such cases will be processed as per their and our verification.
3. Refund method and timeline
Refunds are credited to the same payment method (card/UPI/wallet) used for the purchase. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider; typically 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund. We are not responsible for delays beyond our initiation.
4. Cancellation by Shubhmay
We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional cases (e.g. fraud, invalid details, or inability to deliver). In such cases, a full refund will be issued as per the above timelines.
